[HELP] When is the best time to start my cutting phase
I have been bulking for around 1-2 yrs, put on great amount of mass and now im looking to cut fat and be shredded for summer.
Since im muslim and we have ramadan (fasting no food no water from sun up till sun down), and it kinda messes up my plans.
My ideas are.
1. Cut from february till late march, and then ofc fast in april 26-may 26
or..
2. Start cut with start of ramadan and after it , continue cut for 1-2months
What do you guys think and recommend
