My ATP Perform Kinetics was delivered today and, Lord willing, I have an upper body workout on deck for tomorrow. My legs are feeling pretty blitzed from this AM. Couldn't hit my Romanians since the equipment was taken (small town gym) but I smashed glute-ham raises, leg extensions, leg curls, bulgarian split squats and seated calf raises

I'm still humming from my last serving (maybe a bit more since I had to dump the remnants into my shaker) of my first tub of Kraken that I took at 5 AM this morning. I am hoping DMHA hasn't spoiled me...
