[color=Darkred][b]Hey guys. I'm relatively new to working out, and I've filled out my chest and triceps, but not my biceps. This is because when I try pull ups or curls, or just flexing my left bicep, there's sometimes a pain in my wrist. I'm not sure if it's a vein or a muscle spasm or not, but it just feels uncomfortable and makes me not want to work out my biceps. Any help?[/color][/b]
