What happens if one would go on a carb up and a sodium load and dehydration 8 day protocol if the body fat is around 10-12% instead of sub 10? Would you still look better or would it have an opposite effect on the way your body looks?

I doubt it would make a damn bit of difference at that level of bodyfat. Sodium manipulation and cutting water don't have beneficial effects on natural athletes anyway...
carbs up sodium up water down huh? and at 12% bf?
Just have more carbs the day before you want to look good dude

Bah it for sure did have an effect when I was contest prepping last time a LOT more defines, Just want to know if I would be more defined if I go through all this trouble as oppose to how I look in my avi.

The easiest way to know is do a trial run and see how you look...no one can tell you for sure what will or won't work for your body.....do not rely on what you hear and read: experiment and learn what works for YOU!!!!

Pretty much this at that percentage BF. I look relatively flat all week, have a cheat on Sunday while watching football. I wake up from my nap highly vascular, and am like that most of the next day as well.
