A lot of this goes right over my head, but I'm assuming it's the host of the stream that would be facing risk here, not viewers watching said stream?

Yeah its the guy hosting they are going after.
Individual streamers are really hard to go after in court.
If server is hosted outside USA, there is very little to zero chance they could be given access to all the individual ip that connect to that host.
Plus with VPN judge would throw it before it even got to court.

As someone who just got a 3,168 graft strip transplant by a top US doctor, this is refreshing to hear. I wasn’t sure what year he had his done but I assumed he got the best out there at the time.

nah he talked about it, he got a strip method but this is atleast 15 years ago, prob 20, he got the scar on the back of his head and he said he panicked because this was when he was still trying to make it acting on sitcoms and what not and rushed out to some random doctor because he was afraid his career would suffer and he would stop getting roles. Said he should have never of done it and just shaved it back then. so his views on it are coming from that perspective
