Ya know, I'm not 100% sure. When I first setout I was thinking 195-200 lbs. Mostly because I have been 185 before, but was skinny fat and told I was too thin. But I am thinking this time I will cut to around that weight and then actually try to put on some mass. Should be quite a bit different. So I guess right now my goal is 205, which will be 100 lbs lost. Then I will probably set a new goal for 190 or so. Losing so much weight I know I will have some loose skin so BF might be hard to estimate but I would like to get it around 15% or lower before starting a bulk.

These logs are great to look back on and see progress. I have been discouraged for the last few weeks because the scale paused so much. But looking back, I am 6 days short of 3 months with this log and I have averaged ALMOST 10 lbs a month/ 2.5lbs a week
Congratulations man thats great! and your right these logs do help looking back over them when your having an off day. what a great result though.

thanks man, I was starting to get impatient with it all but trying to keep reminding myself to look how far I've come and I will get where I want to be eventually.
235 this morning. 3 lbs came back, which I kind of expected. It was too big of a jump to be legit lol. Back is finally feeling good again. Got through both workouts so far this week, 1 to go tomorrow.
