.4lbs this week. Eating more carbs and pigged out a bit lat saturday. Will try not to this week however i wont be going obsessive over the weight loss. I find ive been obsessed a bit on dropping weight on the scale.. however at my current weight all i need to lose is 5-7lbs of fat to reach sub 10%bf. And i think .5lbs a week or 10 days is fair. Unsure if ill be in the next thread. Most likely will to support other members. Its been a great journey!!

The enthusiasm for this one seemed less than ideal. Bummer. The ones when i started were very active!! Thank you for doing them!! ❤️
Well i reached my goal for this thread and busted my initial goals from 9 months ago by far. Down to 175.5 pounds this morning at about 12.5%bf. I will keep cutting for another 5-6lbs until i reach 10% and then most likely maintain or slowly bulk for the next while.

Well done everyone who hit goal... In hindsight I shouldn't have reset my own half way through. Water weight had me bouncing around all over the place but the last two weeks seems to have settled around 241... just waiting now for the next drop. Thanks for the thread @DebiLynn
