first pic is from march 1st the before i weighed 240 the next 3 are after at 202
any advice on what I need to work on or areas where I am weak. besides BF which I know is still pretty high i would guess like 13-14%
I want to continue on my cut until abs are clearly visible. at 185-190 would they be clearly visible?
great progress man, i would estimate at right around 14-15%. I am essentially the same size as you, started at 210 though, got down to 187, and i'm still cutting. Im guessing that my lower abs are gonna show when I get to around 170. Its that god damn lower abdominal fat thats killing me!

any areas that you can see I am weak in? I can post legs or arms if needed. also how do get the pictures to show up in the thread so you dont have to click on them?
