This may seem like a stupid question, but how do you measure out 2 tablespoons of peanut butter without a food scale? Ive tried with actual tbsp, but because pb is so sticky Im not able to cleanly get out the pb from the tbsp. Any suggestions?

I use a tbsp and try and scrape as much as I can get out of it. Food Scales arent that expensive you can get one for about 20 bucks.
Lick the spoon when you are done....

This, you arnt ****in Jay Cutler, you dont need to be so damn accurate.
If you must, measure it ONCE (with a TBSP measure). After that, just remember how much that was, and scoop that much.
It's very close to the size of a golf ball, and without a scale it's not easy to be real accurate.
Get a food scale, there are some very good ones on amazon that are cheap.
a normal sized spoon, like the kind you eat your cereal with is usually very close to 1 teaspoon, 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

Who ever said golf ball size is definitely right on, I have a food scale and measure my natty PB every time and serving size is 2 tbsps or 32 g I use my tablespoon measure to get it out then weigh it, golf ball size is very accurate. Ive got so good at judging by size that i'm usually right on the money when i weigh it just by eyeing it on a spoon. If you dont have a scale use a tablespoon measuring spoon and the colder the PB is the easier it will come off the spoon. I use my tablespoon measure for flax seed oil in the morning and just wipe it out with a napkin the residual oil helps anything sticky come off later.
