Hey guys, I'm about 3.5 weeks into my cut and it's going well so far (down about 8.5 pounds, started at 240). A goal of mine is to at the end of my cut be able to grab a 10 foot rim, I currently can almost dunk on a 9.5 foot rim at 5'9.
Anyway, I was wondering if it would be productive to start plyometric a now? My squat is about 1.4x my bodyweight. So would I be better off just waiting until I'm sub 200s or get a jump start on the game? Thanks!
