Energy boost for work
Hi, I would like to know what you guy’s replace energy drinks with. As of now, I use allmax A-cuts but I would like to know if there’s anything else better. I don’t care or believe in fat burners and use this strictly as a healthier energy drink than Redbull. Thanks

What makes redbull unhealthy lol?
-
What makes redbull unhealthy lol?
I drink the sugar free ones all the time when I'm out riding late and just need a small pick me up.
OP, have you ever looked into any nootropic blends like Brain Bridge or Focus XT? I'd definitely recommend something along those lines. I typically take a tub of Brain Bridge with me to work and drink a scoop once I start feeling groggy or really need to zone in on what I'm doing.

Most people just use a pre workout product for energy pre workout. Many also use energy drinks, there are tons to choose from in both categories.

I workout around 6am before work and start to get tired at the office in the afternoon. This is why I like the allmax Acuts since it has aminos and a sugar free pick me up for about 0.50$ a drink. I’ll check for brain bridge and focus to see what they have in them to compare. Thanks

I tried my C4 that I had on hand and didn’t like the punch it gave me without working out. I could take a look at the other brands and test them out. I’ll need a pre soon anyways lol

ah, I read "workout" in your title not "work" lol...saw what I expected to see apparently.
VPX Bang, Star Blast...1/3-1/2 of a can will probably do it lol

Mate, if you need an energy boost for work - you can always load up on the sponsored office drink - coffee.

To have the same effect as the acuts, I would need to drink coffee all day and they are not provided where I work lol but thanks anyways 👍🏻
-
Eh, I'll usually take a scoop of whatever preworkout I have laying around at work for a little pick me up. Also have caffeine tabs too if I want to go that route.

Depending on if you take the sugar free one or not, the amount of sugar and calories in one can compare to many other products out there. I just prefer my Acuts over redbull. The goal of this was to see what other products I could use and see what others do.

Oh well you specifically said redbull is unhealthy so i was curious as to why you believed that. It's just caffeine, carbs (or low carb), amino acids, and random fillers. It's fine to consume.

100mg caffeine + 200mg L-theanine capsules
100mg caffeine + 200mg L-theanine capsules
Change it to 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 400mg theanine and you have my "energy" stack. Take 2-3x a day. Every day.
-
ECA in the AM or Nutrabolics Thermal XTC to replace my morning coffee
-
Each serving of Best BCAA with Energy provides 100 milligrams of caffeine

I'd also recommend C tabs.
Very cheap, and very effective if you are just looking for an energy boost!

That limeade sugar free is fantastic! :)

I just tried my first vpx bang today....star blast....300mg caffeine, and it tasted pretty good. Kinda reminded me of original Monster.....without the blinding crash.....

I had one of those today as well. Good stuff if/when you want or at least don't mind a rather substantial amount of caffeine. That's the limiting factor for me, it is a lot of caffeine for a non workout window (for me)

Today was a training day for me so I ended up sipping on it over like 2 hours...I’m pretty tolerant to caffeine so it wasn’t a big hit but it “lifted the fog” if you will....

I work nights into the morning. I have found that B12 is the best for a solid clean boost. When I get sluggish it helps a lot. I also look a lot at how I'm eating and then mess around with it. I tweaked my diet about 2 months ago and rarely get sluggish anymore.
I do occasionally hit up sugarfree redbull as well.
