Hi i was curious if anybody has tried the instone pudding?
I have noticed that it is made out of soy isolates. I do not know much about soy isolates but i have heard that soy could increase estrogen production. Can anybody help me out?

it tastes awesome imo, although i hadnt noticed the soy isolate part. I believe it does contain casein though.
I've heard they're pretty good. Never tried it personally. I think if you do a search on here you can find some recipes for protein pudding, might be a little easier on the wallet. Plus that way you know what's going into it and don't have to worry about the soy.
I've tried the chocolate and vanilla flavors of the INSTONE High Protein Pudding. The main source of protein is casein (sodium and calcium caseinates), but it does contain a little soy protein isolate. It's kind of a bit overpriced, but not so expensive that it's not worth a try at least.
The Chocolate flavor is very good (I usually prefer chocolate over vanilla for just about everything), but I have to say that I liked the Vanilla a little better. The Vanilla is really amazing! It's hard to believe this stuff isn't made with sugar. I haven't tried the banana flavor yet, but I'm sure it's good too.
Taste: 8.5/10 (Chocolate), 9/10 (Vanilla)
It's definitely packed with a lot of protein - 20g in one can! It has 100 calories (which isn't horrible), only 1g of carbs, and only 2g of fat! Not bad, since it has so much protein. It has a lot of Potassium too.
Nutrition: 8.5/10
I say give it a try, if you haven't already. It's good stuff!
Banana ftw!
