I think you need to have 1 lemon with a proper exercise program and a proper diet that results in creating a caloric deficit helps to burn fat. Not sure though.
No, the only way that would help is if it's replacing something else with more calories, like a soda.

I eat around 140g-150g protein at day
and no more that 1500-1700 cal at day
my weight is 137lbs

well how many lemons do you eat? I think it takes like the juice of 3 lemons to produce enough vitamin C to have an effect on fat loss. It does make sense though, the acid should burn the fat.

let me get this straight... food that burns food (stored fat)? What would be the point in that?
The chances any food can burn fat is slim to none, jus saying... why would nature allow a food to be created that doesnt serve its purpose of giving you calories?
id take it down to 1500 mg, the acid might burn up too much muscle masses.
