Just by my profile pic do you think I'm above average?? It's a simple answer and no I don't just work my arms. They're just the muscle that I like to work the most(triceps/biceps)

Great bicep. Lil high on bf but its all fine
Look around and ask yourself that question. Most people irl have almost no muscle as they don't work-out. Going by that, you're above average.
You have no forearms. Looks funny

17 bulked.. 14 cut.. all good though! :p
OP, you can expect anyone to give you a serious answer with a picture like that. Get some shorts on, roll them up a bit so we can see your quads and take a front/back/ l side/ r side picture set.
If you can't do that.. this thread is pointless. Your arms are your smallest bodypart.. wtf are you trying to show em off for? Give us some back, quads, chest, etc.

Just honest advice. And like critical bench said, hard to judge from that pic. Arms aren't everything.
You guys, I know arms are not everything. It's just I feel that I have small arms and just curious.

What should I do for forearms and I don't have 17" arms that's my goal!
I've been taking AAEFX K-Otic for well over a year now. No need to switch, I'm still getting the best workouts ever with it. I get all kind of free samples from other companies like C4, jacked, N.O. explode. etc. that I will try every once in a while to see if I'm missing out on something new out there. Nothing comes close to comparing to K-Otic.

what does this have to do with supplements?

heavy compound lifts.. overhead press, bent over rows, weighted chin ups, etc.
ps. don't worry so much about how you compare, if it's good for you.
Well judging that 2"x2" picture....brb getting a 100" LED TV so I can actually see the picture.

Heavy deadlifts and shrugs will build them better than any direct workout, very serious.

I think the message here is pretty clear. You need K-Otic on your road to 17 inch arms.
The real question you (OP) should of asked is "do I have potential?"
