Please explain your reasoning for this. I have no problems with red wine, just don't see the benefits of it pwo.
i heard it expands your vascularity and has alot of antioxidants....true?
It also has alcohol.
So, No.
Even if it had the best quality carbs/fat/protein/antioxidants, the answer would still be no... specially after working out.

wine would be best before bed..and only one glass...more than that will lower test production...it cleans blood and yes will improve vascularity. you will also sleep better and thus..grow faster. not an everyday thing but a couple times a week can be beneficial
The greeks used to do it and they kicked ass.
On that note, I would do it at the end of the day and not right after a workout. I drank once after a workout. I think it took me 2 shots of vodka and I couldn't stand up anymore. That was the last time I ever did that.
