How long is a piece of string brah?
Srs but, there is no set time.... depends on genetics etc
If that were true, I would have about 45 inch arms.
Some gyms offer an inch per hour of training.
maybe 10 month ... I hope you wasnt trying to get 16'' arm 2 month before summer lol

Arnold was known to be able to put on about an inch a month.... which is crazy and you have to eat so much and lift up to his standard. Maybe 4-5 months if you really work, also genetics play into it
Jack off with both arms and you'll see a few inches pretty quickly.

LMFAO that might just work... probably why my right arm has always been so much bigger than the left hahahaha
A better yet still inaccurate way of measuring it is how much weight you need to gain per inch.

That is why I use my left... stops arm imbalances lol

x2
But even then, the rate at which you need to gain weight to gain an inch depends on the present size of the arm, like a differential equation.
For example, you may only need to gain 10 lbs to go from 10 to 11 inch arms, but to go from 24 to 25 inch arms you may need to gain 50 lbs.
Think of it like the relationship between a circle's circumference and it's area; the relationship is not linear. An arm doesn't look exactly like a circle, but close enough for me to make my point.
