Same here. Ready to go at 5 AM for week 4 Maximum Muscle back day, but BB.com and the body fit app are not working, neither would load my account or the workout. I cannot get my account to load on the website or app. I even tried making a new account just to access today’s workout, but that didn’t work either. Very frustrating, especially for what we pay for the elite membership. I’m hoping for some kind of refund/credit for this
Yeah, not great. Paying for access to premium programmes that you then can't access is poor.
If any mods/admins see this I've already restarted my devices and unistalled and reinstalled the app.

You can fix this error by-
To fix it, clear the app's cache by following the steps below. Step 1: Long-press on the troublesome app and tap on the info icon from the resulting menu. Step 2: Go to Storage and cache and tap on the Clear cache option. If the problem persists, then you can try clearing that app data.
