Hey all,
Does anyone know or have a link to how long 1-3 dimethyl stays in your system?
I note in some federations it's banned IN competition on the day but can be used prior
any help is appreciated as I was discussing with a few first time competitors on here who are competing in Australia and were having prep help (through here) but unaware about this
I can't imagine it being a major issue but if some are worried about tanning products banned I think a stimulant is more concerning lol

They say its fine out of comp but doesnt say how long it stays in your system. I was gonna get some jacked but I'm 4 and a half weeks out and dont want to risk anything.

Lol well in all honesty broski you are 4.5 weeks out and you were ordering 3 bottles worth? That was easily going to take you past the show date and into the offseason so why not order them anyways and just not take them pre-show? Just save it for the offseason.
