Haven't been getting as many steps lately and slacked a bit on the diet, but also cycled off caffeine for 4 days so I think that was part of the reason.
Excited to get back on the grind :)

Trying out a new preworkout, never take preworkout besides caffeine (which I'm trying to consume less of)
Transparent Labs Stim-Free preworkout. Flavor is terrible, effects were amazing. Felt great during my workout.

210 - still working out inconsistently, but fairly happy with my current muscle mass/strength.
Cardio is a joke - I will throw in a little more of that as I am getting going again.
210 and I can still do about 18-19 strict pull-ups, so I'm happy about that, but just getting fat.
No beer until <190 again.

Lifted Monday, nothing since then. Might do some calisthenics later to keep moving a bit
