Do you need to recalculate your macros if you lose 8kgs? If you want to continue cutting?

So we do not care at all about the bioavailability of the foods we eat??? If they are rich in nutrients??? Meal timing doesn't matter in terms of body composition???

Emma-Leigh is a medical doctor who has had a lot of exposure to research and she has reviewed the stickies. The likelihood that those stickies are credible is a lot higher than that of random internet blogs.

Like Assault being the best pre workout supplement out there... Cuz they pay for the marketing, the reviews, the good ratings etc.
