Hello,
05-Oct is my first Men's Physique show at Big Cat Classic in Allentown, PA. I'll be a True Novice. If anyone has any advice on posing or anything, it would be much appreciated!
Right now i'm practicing trying to go more fluidly into my poses, rather than strike pose, turn, strike pose, turn. trying to make it look a little fancy or with some flare, lol.
If anyone is going to that show, hit me up!
