Resistance bands - shoulders hurt
I have been trying to get into using resistance bands for my workouts but whatever combination of exercises I do I end up feeling soreness in my shoulders afterwards. I feel that with resistance band exercises the shoulders seem to be more involved than when using dumbbells for a lot of different upper body exercises. I am wondering if this is the reason. I should say that I have no pre-existing shoulder problems and I have studied a lot of youtube videos for correct form using resistance bands and do my exercises in front of a mirror so I don't think bad form is a problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? I really want to get into using resistance bands for working out as I cannot afford a gym membership and I can't use free weights in my place.
