Quake 10.0 Log

I was lucky enough to be selected to log Quake 10.0 non stim version!
First off lemme say the flavor is 10/10 great, it tastes to me just like a lemon drop piece of candy! I know taste isn't all that important to some people but if it tastes good you're more likely to take it and Scivation nailed the flavoring on this like they do with every product they make.
Now on the mixability is again 10/10, I mixed 1 scoop in 6 ounces of water in a shaker cup without a blender ball and it mixed perfectly! No grit or floaters and hardly any foam.
Performance I would rate my first workout a 8/10 at the moment. I did chest and back and didn't experience too much of a pump but I did have decent focus and a good bit of endurance. Seemed like I was never tired no matter how much I lifted. Will be taking it again tonight for arms and shoulders and expect to have better results.
Very pleased with this product so far and can't wait to get 19 more solid workouts from it.
Thanks to Scivation for giving me the chance to log it!

Do you plan on staying at one scoop or moving up to the full two scoop dose?
-
-
In! The pump is def there with 2 scoops. I'm going to have to try one scoop sometime.
-
Hit one scoop again last night and did arms and shoulders and the pump was more noticeable. I'm loving this product! I'm in such a great mood in the gym with this product and my focus and endurance are on point. I'm a fat POS and I still had an awesome noticeable pump in my forearms and biceps. Used my fat gripz to get the extra forearm work in. I have become more and more of a fan of non stim products because I workout later in the afternoon and some of the stronger pre's really mess my sleep up. But with Quake I'm getting a great workout and stay strong the whole time. I also either use Xtend Perform or throw in a scoop of peak02 in my aminos as well for extended endurance. Legs tonight and will use 1 scoop again but for my next chest/back and also my next arms/shoulders workout I will bump up to 2 scoops and see how crazy the pump is!

noticing any "more than usual" sweating? lol

I'm really not sure, I'm convinced my new gym doesn't have AC. I'm drenched in about 15 minutes. So maybe? But I would need to go to a more controlled environment to really test that.

Makes sense. Just something to have on your mind possibly. capros tends to get people drenched in sweat

Been in and out lately with a slammed busy schedule but tonight I'll be two scooping it for arms!

Trying to get a lot of volume work in and using my fat gripz to get extra forearm work in

Have you tried wrist curls? Seems like they work pretty good for direct forearm work

Holy cow the pump was insane last night. My arms were painfully pumped in a good way. Didn't get to hit quite as much volume as I wanted to because of an elbow problem but I definitely had a strong pump. AC must have been on because it was comfortable in there but I definitely broke a good sweat I'm assuming because of the capros? After my arm workout I felt crazy strong still so I hit a deadlift PR 415. I know it's still not heavy for my size but I'm making good progress in the last month so I'm happy with it!

AWESOME! Capros for sure.

congratulations on the PR dude. there's definitely many more of those on the way. keep working hard and we're glad you love the product so far

Got a lot of work at home I have to get done tonight so instead of going to the gym I'll be knocking out some pushups, maybe 200 or so. Will take a scoop of Quake not only for the push ups but I get pretty decent focus on it and can complete my work more efficiently.
-
Subbed! Also mirin rep to post count ratio lol

Definitely gets you in the zone to get sh done

Got all of my work done last night fairly quickly and knocked out somewhere around 200 push ups. Shoulders have been bothering me a little so after the first hundred I put my slingshot on and instead of doing sets of 20 I was able to extend it to sets of 30-35. I felt a decent chest pump and was able to save my shoulders and get a light at home workout. Felt good

did you do 200 straight or are you segmenting them into sets?

broke them into sets
Hit chest and shoulders the other night on 2 scoops of quake and hit a PR of 185 on OHP. I got 190 but the rep was super ugly so I didn't count it. Goal is 225 so I'm still a good bit away. Quake really is a great pre I can't say enough about it.

Nice ohp, what is your bodyweight?
-
Bodyweight is 280 but I'm working on cutting really hard. I've been fluctuating here the past few days but my diet has also been shakey. Training is about to change just a little bit to add more cardio and some body weight stuff and diet will be more consistent.

are you considering meal prepping? that and not leaving any extra food around the house has helped me work wonders on sticking to my cuts
-
I do meal prep and I've gotten decent results, I was right at 300 at the beginning of the year and I was 276 this morning on the scale. On the weekends at work my boss will bring donuts or something and my will power just goes away. I'm making progress just not as much as I would like.
Reset all my lifting goals because I reached them all from last year. Bumped my Bent over row goal up to 250 and crushed it for 3 reps last night so I guess I need to bump my goals up a little more? After I PR'd on rowing I did a lot of shoulder work and other back lifts and had an insane pump going.
One thing I love about Quake is I never get the huge energy rush but I swear I never get tired. After my workout I sat there thinking "man I want to keep going" but I had been there almost 2 hours already.

Finished with the product and here are my final thoughts.
Quake caffeine free is one of if not the best non stim pre I've ever taken. The taste is incredible and you actually look forward to using it. The mixability is flawless, most of the time I didn't even use a blender ball. The effects really are where it shines though. I didn't ever feel any energy from it but it made me focused on my lifts so I didn't waste any time, kept me in a good mood and made me confident so I could continue to smash the weights even into my heavier sets, and my endurance was through the roof. I said it before in my log, I never got tired on this pre no matter how long I lifted or what I lifted. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a non stim pre that will give you the most out of your training.
