I've tried like 10 brands. I didn't feel any difference from taking different glutamine powders. This poll is stupid.

Check out MRM's RELOAD
RELOAD is your primary offense for lean muscle protection and recovery.* Specifically designed for hardcore athletes and serious bodybuilders, RELOAD´s precisely calculated ratios of ingredients annihilates catabolic muscle damage by topping-off amino acid pools and accelerating muscle recovery, prior to and immediately following intense training and exercise.* Maximizing your body´s amino acid reserves may reduce deterioration of hard-earned muscle mass, reducing muscle fatigue, and extending energy/endurance levels.* Muscle like any high powered artillery, RELOAD "Locks ´n Loads" the body´s reserve cartridge to zero in on targeted muscle that require immediate replacement of crucial amino acids that keep the machine operating at full tilt!*
RELOAD´s bioengineered blend of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), L-Glutamine, and beta-alanine are delivered exponentially to the muscle through a sophisticated "super soluble" for quick absorption with maximum bioavailability and nitrogen retention.*
BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine & L-Valine) make up a whopping 33% of skeletal muscle and are more importantly 3 of the 9 essential amino acids required through diet. Additionally, they have tremendous importance related to their preferential use in metabolic energy production and the rebuilding if damaged muscle. L-Glutamine is the most abundant non-essential amino acid found in the body. This critical amino acid is not only required for skeletal muscle (61%), but also functions as a preferred energy source (for rapid turnover, first line defenses cell and mucosa) as well as shuttling toxic metabolites out of the body (detox). Supplementation of these critical nutrients abates the downward spiral of muscle damage/loss due to exercise and metabolic catabolism.*
Beta-alanine plays a crucial role in diminishing free ion damage (pH shifts) during and, more importantly, immediately following exercise. Vitamin B6 functions as a vitamin co-factor for metabolism and conversion (transamination) of amino acids into nitrogen compounds, as the body requires.
Remember:The best defense is a powerful OFFENSE. Why let your hard-earned muscle gains disappear when you can attack (the war on muscle) catabolism arm yourself with RELOAD now!*
hi....
Ice by Xtreme Formulations. Pretty exspensive, but its of the highest quality.
Cell Mass 2.0 for me
ON glutamine capsules
i have to say Dymatize micronized
ON glutamine
Probably Modern BCAA, even though it's not strictly a Glutamine supplement - it contains Sustamine (strongest form).
I really like AST's AR-5; great company with top notch ingredients. This is actually a bcaa complex with added glutamine. I take it about 30 min from the end of my workout and finish strong, recover well and build muscle!!
on bulk glutamine
I like Prolabs Pure Glutamine Powder
Again I have recently bought some muscletech platinum glutamine, meant to be decent stuff, review coming soon on my website: jack-sutcliffe.co.uk
If you had to pick just ONE glutamine product, what would be the best one for the best results?
Please pick a product and include the brand. Give your reasons. The best answers will be displayed on the main Bodybuilding.com site for millions of people to see!
(Note: This is not a discussion about how or when to take glutamine, if glutamine works, or why some glutamines do not work. Just list your absolute favorite glutamine product and give your detailed reason.)
I've never had much noticeable effects of Glutamine, never used it long enough, but sipping on Gluta-Tren Mandarin is like orange soda!
Dymatize - great overall
Definitely just go for unflavored glutamine powder, micronized if you can spend the money. I pick MuscleTech's Platinum Series Glutamine, it seems to be the best deal on glutamine. I usually take Glutamine before and after my workouts, just to make sure I'm maximizing protein synthesis.
I would have to say Xtend, it may not be a pure glutamine supplement but has a large array of Amino Acids as well. Great product for recovery.
agrrreddddd
Because of the fact that I have only used one glutamine product, I would have to say AST's micronized glutamine.
this makes sense also
Probably Modern BCAA, even though it's not strictly a Glutamine supplement - it contains Sustamine (strongest form).
I usually just get the cheapest glutamine I can find. Not sure how much it matters really :/
I usually just get the cheapest glutamine I can find. Not sure how much it matters really :/
Same here

Just has glucosamine, manganese and gelatin
Not many here take manganese and gelatin but its needed for joint health
I take 5 3 times a day. I know 15. Get the issue of number out of your head. It's not the amount of pills
but the ammount of milligrams, grams etc your getting, etc
I take 15 because you need more if your bigger.
It doesnt have to be that brand. But only one ive found with all 3 with alot in a bottle
Optimum Nutrition, simple formula, easy to mix. All you need.
They all have 5 grams of L-glutamine so how's one better than the other?
