It's simple really.
he posted 7250 posts a year, roughly.which translates to 20 posts a day, roughly. Each post takes two minues to type (tops), that's 40 minutes a day.
you see it's simple. i spend about 40 minutes a day pooping (multiple poops). So, with this convincing evidence, it is obvious.....

Actually instead of avoiding pooping I've cut 1 meal out of the day. So instead of 4 meals I eat 3. Viola.
I cherish my time on the porcelain throne.

I recall there being some debate about that guide. I think it's funded by one of the companies which scores top 3. I'll look at it again to see if the info it provides is good though.
