PromoTe by validated supplements is the the #1
I've done many of them over the years, in my 60's now. I have my own little concoction now days. First thing I want to stress is a reputable food/plant based supplement/vitamin manufacturer, it is key. The other thing I'd like to stress is 3 weeks on, at 3 weeks your testosterone levels out. 7-10 days off so your body doesnt rely on the booster and it and starts producing on it's own. I'm sure quite a few disagree with my approach to it, no biggy, do the research. Tons of info on the internet, some of it is for real...*laffs
How's the Muscletech Test HD?
Maybe give performax labs alphamax a try, there's a ton of good reviews on it, i'm about a week on now, bit early to tell if it's working so far, but so far so good
EVL Test
currently using MTS Barracuda for about a week so still have about 3 weeks to see how it goes
Care to share your concoction ingredients? At 53 I'm just getting back in after about 10yrs out
Test-RX from Formutech
Hey boss,
Personally, I am not a fan of supplements so I don't think there is a best one. Lift hard!
I actually really enjoy the GAT Sports Multi + Test...good price and I feel like it's doing something..
It depends some are natural boosters, others are more clinical strength booster that actually incorporates testosterone...
I have never had any good results nor heard of anyone who has had good enough results with test boosters to justify the cost. Do some of these really show results?
Hi,
I'm 29, 6ft4", 190lbs @ 10-11% BF and i am just starting on Activate Xtreme.
The bottle recommends 2-3 caps per day. But i've read people taking 4-6.
I have naturally Low test levels (blood tests) and so i am hoping to boost them more into the normal range.
What is the best dose for someone of my weight?
Thanks
Marcus
Testosterone boosting products are not effective. The amount of test you get from the products sold in health food stores are minimal compared to what it takes to make effective gains. I'd rather save my money and spend it on creatine, pre-workout, or protein.
12oz ribeye med-rare imo
But do they really work
