Does anyone know how to post past weight/bf% in my bodyspace? I don't have a problem tracking current stats but I just don't know how to change the dates in calendar so that I can update my wt/bf.
I'd really appreciate for the help. I know I could keep the record in somewhere else but I want to keep my stats in BB.com in 'bodyspace'.

I just quickly tested and I just selected November 10th from calendar by clicking the date and I was able to add weight for that date...

On monday i found out i have raynauds, last time i lost allota weight i found i was always cold and put it down to the loss of insulation from the fat, however its a been a daily thing thats affected me for the last few months after loosing so much weight - i think its actually a contributing factor in the weight loss im seeing due to my hands and feet being freezing consistantly, (im eating ~1900 calories daily and in theory should just be dropping <0.75kg a week but the emerging pattern is more than that, nearly double some weeks.

Pleasantly surprised with todays weigh in. Was sick with the flu for the entire week this week, which meant I only had the chance to get 2 workouts in, and because of the Orange Juice I was drinking instead of water ended up consuming more calories then normal. But I guess my body must have used a lot more energy fighting the flu or something. Anyway, progress is progress and we're over the flu now which means back to gym gains this weekend.

Even though I haven't hit the goal weight, I have a feeling like there's other factors in play, because I've started lifting weights intensively, so an additional muscle may have replaced some fat, and I've also been eating a sodium rich diet, so I suspect a little bit of water retention.

Nothing to really update apart from i bought a new shirt yesterday in prep for a family meal, its been a long time since ive fitted in medium sized clothing perfectly, let alone a slim fit shirt which i went for and the fit was perfect - not a single ounce of feeling self conscious wearing it :)

Great week overall for me. Hate healthy pretty much every day, and got some really good workouts in. Not sure I'll reach my final goal by the end of this but would be quite happy regardless to lose another 6-7 pounds between now and the end.

94,1 kg (207,5 lbs) for me this week. Small step to the right direction. I am falling behind my target a bit. I think it is mostly because of days when I have eaten meals that I have not cooked myself and thus does not know the exact calorie count. There have been maybe too many days like that lately. It is a bit sad that as soon as I don't track everything that I put in my mouth, the progress seems to slow down. Intuitive eating simply does not work for me at all. Anyways, in the long run couple of weeks here and there of slower progress is pretty insignificant. So I won't let the weight loss restrict my social life too much and just accept that at times it might slow down my progress a bit. :)
