Hi guys, here's my 2 months change, gained bout 20 lbs
Hi to everyone! It's been two months since I started workin out again. I was bout 136 lbs, and now I am 156. I eat 7 meals a day, including supplements, @4000 cal per day, or even more. Now I plan on bulking till 15 april then get shredded like Zyzzzzzz :)))) :P, he's my inspiring bodybuilder even though he's gone......As you will see in the pics, my weakness is chest and lats, pics with legs I'll post tomorrow.
