Hi guys, here's my 2 months change, gained bout 20 lbs

Hi to everyone! It's been two months since I started workin out again. I was bout 136 lbs, and now I am 156. I eat 7 meals a day, including supplements, @4000 cal per day, or even more. Now I plan on bulking till 15 april then get shredded like Zyzzzzzz :)))) :P, he's my inspiring bodybuilder even though he's gone......As you will see in the pics, my weakness is chest and lats, pics with legs I'll post tomorrow. yeap, it's 100% legit and I never took roidz. Maybe my genes are not that bad, we shall see what happens till summer, my goal is to gain more 9 pounds, then lose about 12 lbs, I think I'll be lean enough if I do this

Well, my workout sounds sth like this : day 1 - chest,abs
day 2 - back
day 3 - shoulders,traps,neck
day 4 - pause
day 5 - biceps,triceps,forearms and abs
day 6 - legs
day 7 - pause

Damn....I never actually drank from that bottle :))) it's been there since my mother last visited me, at christmas :)) This shows what a lazy pers I am:)) I do nothing else but eat, rest and go to the gym :)) ,house cleaning it's once each few months :)))))))))

last 2 months I did some maintenance as I was busy with some problems, had no time to be hardcore, I lost bout 3 pounds but I did lose some fat too, soon enough I shall start a cutting program

brahs, unfortunately I've quit lifting cause I've got too many problems to deal with and that leaves me no time for bodybuilding, from 7 healthy meals a day now I eat 2-3 **** meals. I lost 20+ lbs and now I look more like Bruce brah :( . Anyway , when all problems are cleared, I'll be back and train harder than ever! FUAAAAAAAAAAAARK!!! Recent pic
