Hey Guys I wanted to know if anyone has tried this or found any results? Ill be hitting the gym 3 times per week for my cut, and although cardio is not necessary for my goal I thought something like this might help cut me up for Summer.

Yea go for it. I am doing T25 and it's good cardio. I would still hit the gym like you said to meet your goals. I do not plan on relying on T25 to drop a bunch of weight although everyone's mileage will vary. My girlfriend is doing T25 alone so I'll let you know how she did when we are done.

it works if you stick to eat with right nutrition i droped 24 pounds and only on my 7 week
depends on your goal, if you want to look as muscled as possible when cut then your main goal is to be in a deficit and save as much muscle in the process.
To save as much muscle you need to lift, you need to give your body a reason to maintain the muscle that is has.. do a shiet load of T25/cardio and your lifting is gonna be much weaker with less energy.. lift weaker and become weaker.. become weaker and lose LBM.. lose LBM and you will look like a scrawny little cawk.
the only thing t25 will do is help you to achieve a defecit and increase CV fitness.. it will not help AT ALL with looking better.
i like it specially Speed 2.0 in Beta. i stopped doing it because im bulking write now but T25 is great workout and its fun for me.
