Exactly 3 months
If u do 5 situps every night, you'll get a six pack in 107 full moons.

Everyone has abs. If u want to see them you have to lower your bf%. If u train them they'll get a bit bigger which means you can see them at a higher bf %. When I started training I was 10% fat and could barely see my abs. Now I can see even more at 12%!
Since everyone isn't really giving you good advice, I will. Because of your post, you probably won't take it however. Look around the forum, look at the stickies EVERYWHERE. You get a six pack by losing bodyfat. But should you? You're probably very undertrained and will look like a starved african child if you get that low without any real muscle mass. If you truly want to improve your physical condition, search around this site and forum about bulking, learn what you need to eat, and start a serious training program AT A REAL GYM and be in it for the long run.
Seeing abs is about losing enough bodyfat. The problem is most guys abs are not very muscular and by the time you lost enough to see them you'd look like you just got off the train from Auschwitz. My advice would be to bulk and gain some muscle. Then you can cut and get your abs visible.
let me get my crystal ball OP...
crystal ball says.....
350... good luck OP!
Exactly 112 days 16 hours 34 minutes and 11 seconds
No you dont....
you can lose all the body fat you want, if you don't have developed ab muscles you will NOT have good visible abs.

Yes better answer than my quote and complain!
If you do 10 crunches per night and only eat 10 pizzas a week you will have a 6 pack within 15 days.
If that doesn't work you can always draw one on with a permanent marker. Looks just as good

You sir are a gentleman. .
op. listen to this. get on a proven routine or do routinely (like proper routine) variations of pushups, pullups, inverted rows, natural glute ham raises, bodyweight squats, poatol squats, scissors hip extensions, crunches, planks... YOU CAN ADD WEIGHT (BOOKS BOTTLES) TO ANY OF THESE..
if you only train abs you are gonna end up with a disproportionate physique which will be worse than being skinny/fat....
