No. I use C4 ripped for cardio because it’s lower stim than regular C4 but it’s not actually going to noticeably increase metabolism.
Mostly swapping the Creatine for L-Carnitine and Capsimax. Hard to put a figure on exactly how they affect metabolism but lots of positive feedback on them.
C4 and C4 Ripped both have 150mg Caffeine, C4 Ripped does not have the Teacrine though.
They both mess up my stomach.
