I have changed my body since January. I have changed my wkout routine to do 1hr cardio early am and also 1/2 at lunch time. Working 2 jobs is not easy but I'm a fanatic and love every minute of it.
First pic was taken 1/27 and the second one just Wednesday 3/21. I should be around 10% body fat and I'm at 101lbs.
Very nice indeed.

My starting was 4 weeks Post second baby 189 pounds...I gained 70 pounds! Yikes! I had medical needs and really didn't have a choice. Second is 3.5 months after having baby, than 4.5 months, and than today (5.5months) at 167 pounds. Haven't been able to train for almost a month now due to a back injury but am starting back again tomorrow. I still have about 20 pounds to loose of fat but am happy with my progress no matter how slow. Can't do cardio or change diet due to my medical condition but the weight training seems to be paying off. Hopefully one day I can post more progress.

I'm always on these sites looking for inspirations- I just wish more women who have made it, would come out and share there fitness stories instead of hiding it. (Something I've noticed since being a member here.
However, you look amazing, and you do inspire others to wanna change! Thanks "Lora"

wow there are some awesome photos on here ladies!

Not sure if I have or had what it takes but will send it in. I am still working on losing the pounds and gaining the muscle and seem to be stuck at the lose a pound gain it back in muscle. I would like to see women post what we looked like, what we look like now and then when we are where we want to be see us then. I really would rather see progressive pictures no need to be embarrassed, we are all here for the same reason.

Looking forward to this (:

My transformation isnt as huge as some of the others on here. I started my weightloss journey last Feb. I didnt start getting serious about weightlifting until Last fall. Its been a bumpy road, learning lots along the way! Went from size 13 pants, now a size 6 :D

Sorry I just saw your post! I pretty much follow the Abs Diet, by David Zinczenko, which is not really a *diet*, but just a healthy way to eat. During my contest I really tried to be 95% clean with my nutrition. I had 5-7 small meals a day with a protein and a carb in each. I ate a lot of fibrous veggies, some fruits, and lots of lean proteins. I didn't eat any junk, which was very hard for me!! Lol.
