I use the ninja blender and the smallest cup they have. I put in about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup crushed ice. I eyeball it so don't know exact amount. I then cover the ice with my liquid of choice which is typically Fairlife milk. Now when I say cover I mean not so I can't see the ice but to where I can still sort of see the ice but it's still submerged. I then add 1 scoop protein. Next is crushed ice again to about the fill line which is on the bleender cup then milk again as before where it's almost drowning the ice but where I can still see the top of the ice. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on how difficult it wants to be, then enjoy. Like I said it's a "science" I have down to using my eyes and not measuring.

Yes local walmart has only the chocolate chip cookie flavor which is amazing but I really want to try all the flavors which are not sold at stores. Only online and in their one shop.

Has anyone been able to locate (and literally hold in their hands) the new Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oreo's? (I believe that's the flavor). I've literally looked at every Walmart, Weis, Target, Giant, my own grocery store, etc. and cannot find these things.
And yes ... I may have a slight problem but let's try and keep that to another thread. Thanks! :D

Also, after getting home from the gym and relaxing, this was one of the very few pre workouts that didn't make me crash and then just feel really unmotivated afterwards. I definitely can't wait to add this to my stack. I'm honestly impressed at how well Dymatize was able to mask the Teacrine that I didn't realize was in there before taking it last night. Some pre's are ruined by the bitter taste of teacrine.

thanks for the detailed explanation. I think I need to invest in a better blender as of now. I don't think my blender can get up to near the RPM's a Ninja can.
But with that said, I'm going to try and replicate your recipe with my blender to see if I can get it to work. Thanks for the info! I'm eyeing a Butterscotch shake when I get home :D

KetoFeed Vanilla Caramel is by far the best vanilla caramel flavor of protein I've had. Ratio and flavoring truly tastes authentic. Likely because of the higher fats. Same as the Samoa Cookie, it's a bit thick as a shake and very filling. I've been having KetoFeed as my morning shake. It's a good filling alternative to my normal morning shake which is 2 scoops protein, bananas, blueberries, and mixed nuts all blended together. Saves me on calories and is satisfying.

Has anyone used Chris Jones' Pre "Pump n Grind"? Referring back to the last thread, the pink lemonade flavor is not good at all, and the powder has an overall odd smell to it.

I got more tingle than I have for awhile after taking it, and am getting a little in my knees under the sleeves now mostly through workout, which never happens
I measured the scoop and a level scoop was showing slightly over a serving, where I know Kraken scoop is under, so that could be part of it. I think Dymatize was right on though.

I said more than I care for, not more than I can handle; 300-500mg is a sweet spot for me. Energy but no jitters.
Over 800mg in one go and my stomach starts to hurt. 1.5g or so at one and I start to get pretty sick. 2g at once and I tend to puke.
Self experimentation is fun.

This has been on my mind before and maybe brought it up but companies please don't make flavors and name them some "awesome" name which doesn't let the consumer know what the flavor is supposed to be. OL I am looking at you as the biggest culprit.

Total war doesn't lack DMHA or Eria, you've just become desensitized because Kraken has absurd amounts of the two ingredients.
Had you tried and stuck with a lower dosed dmha/eria product, you wouldn't be thinking that way.

So heres the list i've come up with for what I want to try/buy:

I didn't take any DMHA or Eria at all for over a month recently.
Total War just doesn't have enough. Kraken does.

What Im trying to say is basically this:
if you're someone that takes 800mg caffeine daily, taking 4 weeks off of caffeine isn't long enough for you to feel something like 200mg, but maybe long enough for your tolerance to drop to about 600mg. Does that make sense? You're simply just desensitized to lower/normal amounts of these bonus stimulants.

So you think 200mg DMHA is the equivalent of 800mg of caffeine? Not really buying that.
Also, if you're going to use numbers, taking 200mg of DMHA and then down to 100mg would be 800mg of caffeine down to 400mg of caffeine. ;)
Plus 1-2x per week (I averaged 1-1.5x/week for kraken) is not exactly daily. ;)
