What were your stage weight stats

Hey, I’m just curious what your heights and weights were by the end of your prep. I know it will vary based on your genetics but I’m looking into competing and wanting to be at least 150lbs on stage (preferably around 160) at 5 ft 5. I finished my cut 5 months ago at 152lbs, and was probably around 10% body fat (very lean abs and obliques, with just a little lower back fat left). I’m now at 165 and looking to go up to 170-180 (going to reassess at 170) then do a slow cut. I guess I’m just posting this thread to get a sense of other people’s stage heights and weights so I can decide if I would even need to wait to get up to 160 stage ready.

Guessing 6% ???

160 at 5-5 and sub 10% would be pretty fukkin jacked!

Do you have any progress pics of your last cut? The last guy I worked with was 5'9" and his stage weight was 146 lbs.
