Hey guys,
While cutting, would it be smart to do 35/45/20(c/p/f)on weekdays, then 45/35/20 on weekends which are offdays. I do weights and cardio 5x a week. Or should I do it the other way around?

..Your going to be eating less carbs/protein on your off days anyways without your PWO shake. I would personally just keep your diet consistent and on the weekends just drop your shakes & add some protein/carbs to each meal.
My ratio is pretty much the same day-in & day-out. On my "off days" I still take in the same amount of carbs/proteins just not in the forms of any shakes/powders.
I just recalculated my diet and it looks like 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. I'm gonna do this diet 4 days a week with one high carb day and two no carb days. I need to find away to get my fiber on my no carb days though. I tried to eat some spinach yesterday and I almost regurgitated on the floor.

..Those no carb days are going to kill you, eat lots of broccoli. What you can also do is pick up some of that fiber powder at the store and take a few tbs's of that a day.
Or add xanthum gum OR guar gum to your shakes.
..
I'm a senior in college mondesi, so my budget is somewhat limited :) I'm already taking a multivitamin, Tight fat burner, ON Whey protein, and HFS flax oil.
On your days off you could always just skip the Whey and still have oats and such. My PWO shake is simply Whey, Oats, and Dex. If I cut out the Whey and Dex, I lose about 200 calories which I could makeup and have another 1/2c of oats. So you really don't "lose" the PWO shake, you just change the stuff around and call it a meal rather than a shake. At least thats how I think of it. If I'm wrong tell me so I can stop doing another bad thing. :)
