Flexible Dieting, all the carbs. But honestly, a LOT of my carbs have been from Chocolate Caramel Rice Cakes. At this point, I care more about volume and staying full then the food itself.

Bet you're loving the added carbs after the poverty macros! The way my body is, I'd be completely spilled over carbing up for several days. I can maybe get away with 2 very high carb days. Notice some foods work better than others? Rice cakes, brown rice, sweet potato have worked well for me in the past within moderation. The volume can easily cause distention if mis-judging the amount you have.

Elixir is a solid product I would prefer it be in some kind of lemonade/limeade flavor more refreshing but the cinnamon isn't to bad

Yeah man, I was testing my peak week at three days of 400g and wasn't spilling over... in fact, I barely gained a pound on my last one so adding one extra day should be okay! Do you front load or back load for stage? I do find some foods work better than others, but maybe it's just mental. I get pretty creative with flexible dieting. :)

ashwagandha is a "uniquely" flavored herb so masking the taste is difficult

I'm not cool enough to compete. Haha, but in all honesty, I'm just an overall big fan of the sport, the process, and the difference sciences behind it all. I was going to compete last summer but prep caused such relationship issues that I opted out in favor of fixing the relationship and decided from that point I wasn't going to compete. That relationship has since ended and I'm super serious about putting on a lot of mass right now, so perhaps a year or two down the road I might get that itch again if I'm still single. Not going to jeopardize a relationship for it though.
I've tested peak weeks though for fun when I was working with a prep coach though. Front loaded wasn't wise because my body spills over and adds weight easily. Back loading on moderate carbs was my bread and butter. 50/50 on "clean" carbs sometimes doing the trick while chit loading/skip loading making my body respond better.

Yeah man, there are a lot more important things in life than competing and trophies. Sucks the relationship didn't end up working out, but you probably made the right decision. Prep is difficult, but you really need to get the emotion out of food...
