My keto(ckd) log! (Already 1 month in progress)
Started: I very bloated post bulk 193-194lbs or so on January 1st.
Currently: 179.8lbs.
Notes:
The first 4-5 of days of this diet were very rough! felt like complete crap, and had intense carb cravings. My workouts were very lethargic and uninspiring as well.
Well I stuck with it and eventually the sh!!tyness subsided and became fat adapted. Energy levels were then normal/high. Although I lost a bit of strength (not worried about it too much, will most likely do a 5x5 after keto do get strength back up.
Ive been shooting for 2k cals give or take. Decided to do a log to keep me on track. The first month I only used green tea and stims before workouts. Will run lean xtreme for the month of feb and will consider stim based fatburners for the month of march.
Im determined to get lean, around 10% or so, so join me in my progress and feel free to post comments/questions.
