Hey i've been doing some cardio for a week now. I just wanted to ask is 100 rpm on a stationary bicycle considered vigorous or moderate or neither ? The speed is 40 on it but i dont know what unit it is ( covered 12.5 km in 20 mins according to the bicycle )

I would say it's a slightly vigorous pace, just try to push yourself and if you're working hard don't worry too much about numbers on a screen.
wear some tight bicycle shorts, put it on the highest settting and peddle standing up.
oh and also a headband
