What foods have you given up or not eaten in over a year?
As I strive to make healthy, nutritious choices over what I eat, when I do eat something less than "wholesome" I make sure it's something I really, really enjoy. With that in mind, there's quite a few foods I haven't eaten in almost 2 years because I consider them a waste of calories and used to eat them for the sake of it, rather than enjoy them. Here's my list:
Lamb doner kebab
Meat pastry pie
Thick base pizza
Pasta (never did like much, only ate it because the wief did)
Microwave ready meals
Garlic bread
Potato chips (crisps)
