Whey Protein question
Hello all, im new here, and I am recently getting back into the weights.
For a while I had used dynatize elite whey,as things have advanced im sure that isnt that great anymore. Looking for something in the spec range of that, if you guys still say its pretty good ill stay with it. I used to use optimum nutrition stuff but it got so expensive. Im trying to find something solid nutritionally, but keep the sugar low, NO aspartame, and not taste utterly horrible in the process.
Has quality improved in the last several years for a similar price point?

Nothing wrong with Dymatize, Bodybuilding.com's Signature Whey is another wallet friendly option

Dymatize and ON have been my personal go to proteins for a long time. You can't go wrong with either. If it isn't broken why try to fix it?..unless you just want to try something new, and there is plenty out there.

Its more than i have been out of the loop for a while and i have some but it is within the safe date range but i will need to get more soon. So I was checking as over a couple years, companies change, quality can change, etc so i was coming here first. Since it is still solid, ill stay with it, as it is a good value and does the job.

ON Protein is the way to go. I went for the cheaper ones for a while and did further research to find out alot of cheaper proteins have been caught "amino spiking" in the past and I lost trust for them.

Dymatize and ON hydrolysed proteins can’t go wrong.

There is zero reason to go hydro. Even if you're lactose intolerant, a WPI will be fine and not cost you extra.
