Have it, don't use it anymore. Definitely helped me when I strained things before, but I get so much more out of some basic stretches before squatting that I never use it anymore. It's a good tool to have but not a silver bullet by any means.

I guess If I can get it down to air around a half board or lower, I can probably press. I think this would take at least 90%. Trying to sink something as deep as I can that is incredibly light and then air pressing, I don't know if I could or much see the point. My first warm up in the shirt is 70% for 3 reps to a 2 board. Not worth it to struggle to get down lower

Looks like the jury's still out on the hip circle. I've been using it 2-3x/week for the last couple weeks. We'll see. If nothing else it only takes 5 minutes.

In the morning, the eye was predicted to go right down my street, but now it seems to have moved a bit northeast. Spent about 12 hours today waiting in line for wood/screws and boarding up most of the windows. I got food and water for my dog, so I should be fine other than he's going to freak out from the thunder/wind.

Oh man that sucks. My dog freaks out when I walk to loudly. Whenever we have a thunderstorm, she is upset for about a day. I couldn't imagine something like this.

Both look good from here. Just keep benching in the shirt and it'll stretch and you'll touch, don't worry about it.

Bench looked great dude. Your raw arch is good so I don't know if its really flexibility. You just have to learn how to arch in a shirt
I got misloaded on a big PR yesterday and didn't find out until I was already out of the shirt so I couldn't get a re-lift :)
