Last time I power cleaned, I was 17 and had a 225 max. Currently looking around for a non-cross fit gym that has bumper plates and platforms so I can start incorporating some only stuff
Always been intrigued by Oly lifting

I've been learning for about 3 months and started at 145 and now I can clean and jerk about 225 PR'd two hours ago.
-
I started on 12 and it was around 350 lbs.
A lot of bull**** can be found on this thread. -_-

I'm 14 5'5 150 lbs and can clean 170 lbs

I was 15 years old when I first did a power clean and could handle 95lbs. I did them religiously through high school and pulled 285lbs as a senior. I stopped doing them for many years and started back up when I got into the Highland Games. My best before I separated my shoulder was 255lbs.
-
I believe when I first started doing cleans I was working with 65lbs (29.5kg) and I was 16 at the time.
Eventually got up to 150lbs.
Currently starting back at the bottom. After 9 years, humbling is the only word to describe the experience. /:
Oh well, I'll get back there.

15, 1RM was 265 lbs by age 17.
I could probably do 220-225 lbs right now.

Started doing power cleans about last year... when I started I did about 10 kg per side lol
-
-
I started at 48 and like most folks it was a PVC pipe, then 15kg bar, then 20kg bar and so on, so I started at 0. Right now I can power clean 70kg, getting under a low heavy bar fast for a full clean is the challenge now, I am too slow LOL.
-
First started technique with the bar, but are 17/18 I was doing about 75kg, never did full cleans. But now I can full clean and split jerk 100kg

I was a T H I C C boi so I started out powercleaning 130 pounds with ****ing HORRIBLE form. Power cleaning 225 pounds these days, so progress has happened!
