Hey guys im currently bulking went from 170 to 195 pretty fast, pushing for 220. i dont have any before pics but heres one so far no pump. any advice,criticism etc thanks.

Why you have scars at this area of your back?
Upper Back: Good
Lower back and lats are lacking slightly, but that could just be from your gains.

Yeah probably from the gains I want to hit 220 then shred out. As for the scars I use to be like 5'5 125 then out of no where grew to 5'9 and 150 so I got stretch marks
