[HELP] Powerlifter to Physique Builder: How's my back!?
Hello!
I'm a recently converted Physique Builder from Powerlifting (PL). I've been cleaning up my diet whilst changing up my routine to contribute towards a more balanced and lean physique.
I recently had a back photo taken and would be grateful for any objective feedback on improving this! Having had a PL background, it is with no doubt that imbalances are rife, as will be apparent from the photo. [B][U]I'd be grateful for any suggestions on exercises which would help clean my back up (proportion and shape). [/U][/B]
Statistics include: 5'10/79.5kg/Natural/BF% Unknown/23yo/ 1 Month Physique Training
