I am just going through some hard exams and would like to know if your brain power, sharpness and ability to memorize get affected with Calorie deficit and everyday Cardio ?
The reason I am asking, because that it's how I feel when i am cutting !

Yes. Your brain uses calories, just like every other organ. When there are less to go around..
Is there any way to overcome this
take fish oil
Keep the carbs in your diet and you'll be fine.
x2 on the carbs; I went low carb for a while and if you're in school, it's just too difficult IMHO. At most I would carb cycle but I wouldn't go below 35-40% carbs if you need to use your brain on a regular basis, lol
