egg noodles
Hi, im pretty much a beginner. Does anyone have any opinion/facts they would like to share in regards to egg noodles, namely; hokkien, thin egg noodles etc, both during bulking and cutting. If they are not desirable, are there any other alternatives, such as pasta noodles?

I love egg noodles, you can eat anything you'd like if it fits your diet/macros.
Sounds like you need to take a few minutes out of your day and seriously read the stickies in this forum on nutrition and macros. You will learn a lot and it'll answer a lot of questions

Not true. Different foods lead to different nutrition pathways in the body. You think 1kcal of sugar water is better than 1kcal of chicken breast long as it fits your macros? Maybe you need to read the stickies, idiot.
