Lean Upper Body, Fat Lower Body
I am a female in my early 40's and have been cutting since the first week of January and have stayed on track pretty well. There are days when I exceed my cals by a bit, but they are few and far between. My macros: 1979 cals, 180g protein, 221g carbs (usually am lower than this), 54g fats.
I lift 5x/week (shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, chest, legs) and do cardio 5x week (run, bike, stepmill) for roughly 45-50 mins per session. My upper body has really leaned out, but my lower body (mostly my thighs) are still really flabby. There is no visible difference in how my thighs look when flexed vs not flexed. I will be going on vacation soon, and I feel as though I look like a total freak of nature.
What can I do to lean out my legs?
