Best Overall Pre-Workout Energy/Pump Supplement?

If you had to pick just ONE pre-workout product for energy and/or pump, what would be the best one?

I'd say superpump 250.
But I want to list metrx amped and NO shotgun too.

White Flood does the trick for me. I mix it with GreenMAG. Great focus and energy!!

absolutely, WHITE FLOOD, is a great product and you get 50 workouts per tub, so its a great value too :)

I would say White Flood too. Long live CL.

Not only it gives good energy, pumps, etc etc. The focus is unbelievable. It may sound weird but I took some the other day to focus for my exam and I got 100%, LOL!

But yeah. Not only it gives good Energy/Pumps/Focus and Nitric Oxide, but it mix really well with other product from CL like Purple Wraath & Green MAGnitude to give a better effect.

Anyway, just my two cents.

by VPX Is by far and away the best pre-workout product I have tried I think it has a very complete mixture, I have yet to find a pre-workout/ no product that has a BCAA in it. A reasonable amount of creatine and glutamine as well. Also I feel it has an excellent energy matrix, not quite as potent as red line. But close.it also has beta-alanine in it, and I believe it was one of the first NO products to incorporate it, but I'm not positive.

The taste is pretty good as well, now that they've improved it, nothing spectacular but it is about results! after all not taste.

I find the focus that it gives me is solid, it gets into my system quite quickly because it is ethyl ester, there's some debate whether or not matters, all I know is I take it and within 10 to 15 minutes, I! am! ready! to! go!

sounds like I'm propagandizing I know but I strongly believe in this product and I had very very good results with it.

At the moment, my favorite is Ragnarok. It's got one of the best profile's around and gives the best pumps/energy imaginable. I just bought White Flood though, so my opinion may change :)

no, vanadyl was a minor ingredient and was removed a few months back due to customer demand. the extra good pumps come from our arginine and ornthine blend.

i gotta say trac no. iv taken superpump250 and the no shotgun and both did a number on my stomach. dont get me wrong the pump was good but the trac no seems to give me a better rush of energy and strength. It doesnt upset my stomach and the taste is great,

" cant workout without it" workouts will never be the same

No Shotgun definitly did a number on my stomach as well, but the pumps were unbelievable

The way I had it figured was that, the 10 minutes of upset stomach I got, paled in comparison to the awesome pump! :-)

Pump: White Flood
Energy: NO Xplode

White Flood still gives me energy, but NO Xplode gives me a little more. I get no pump with NO Xplode. Crazy pumps with WF, it's the best of both worlds IMO.

If I could only use 1, it would be White Flood.

i tried black powder, nano vapor, n.o. plasmacore, superpump250. and i would rate them in that order.....but my brother likes superpump250, nano vapor, black powder, then n.o. plasmacore...so guess that shows how nobody is the same

yes, it would have to be my second overall choice :-) if you have a problem with the taste of shotgun it's a great second choice

No Explode vs. Na-NO Vapor vs. NO-Shotgun

No Xplode: fruit punch
gives a caffine high; which can be good for a little energy but there is definitely a crash after lifting. Also you build a tolerance very fast. I had to double the dose after just 1 week. Pumps are pretty good. nothing special when compared to other No products. The price is better than Na NO vapor but still higher than ive seen Animal Pump go for (30$ on ******************). I didnt notice increased focus other than the caffine energy. The taste was actually not bad. Definitely the best of all 3. Not somthing i would drink for the taste but it is a plus that i dont have to hold my nose and chug.

Na-NO vapor: (fruit punch)
Im a big fan of this product because of the incredible enrergy it gives me and mental focus. I feel that its more than just a caffine buzz. i actually get more focussed and ready to lift. It gives about the same pumps as No-xplode; nothing special but its there. Tolerance is much better than No-xplode i feel that i can get through most of the bottle without getting used to the effects. BUT the biggest drawback of NaNo vapor is its price. Its the most expensive that ive seen on most websites, and i saw it at GNC for 79.99 for the larger bottle. I dont know if anyone actually pays that ( i feel bad if they do) but i know im not ready to spend 80$ on a preworkout drink. Taste also leaves somthing to be desired. I got used to it, but the first time i could barely get it down and missed the taste of NO-xplode.

NO-Shotgun
I got 5 free samples of this from vitamin world about 2 weeks ago while i was waiting for my Na-No vapor to come in the mail. I took 3 days of 1 packet and then the 4th day i took 2 packets. I feel that this product is even more of just a caffine product than No-Xplode. I just got pure caffine energy which lasted about 45 min. followed by a crash. I do have to say that it was a kick in the ass for those 45 min. I wasnt any more focussed so this product loses points with me. i did notice that my thoughts were racing and my eyes were darting and i couldnt sit still (caffine), and i didnt really like these effects which also makes it lose points. the taste is the worst out of all three. it was like the flouride that you get at the dentist, absolutely disgusting and i had to force it down all the way. I didnt see any difference in a pump from one you would get while lifting without it. Ive seen prices range with this product but it usually falls between Noxplode and Vapor. I didnt take this product long enough to judge Tolerance but i know that i did have to double my dosage on the 4th day to see same effects; because it is caffine energy i would say the tolerance is similar to No-xplode.

The winner of these three IMO is Vapor. (2. No-Xplode 3. Shotgun) . If you can afford it i would pick this one because its not just caffine energy but gives you some additional focus as well.
I will be trying Animal PUMP in the near future and will update.

Thanks for the reply bro, i had just picked up a tub of it when i made my previous post. Tried it out for the first time last night and above all the taste is AMAZING! tastes like overly sweet orange juice with a nice tangy flavor to it. I was workin my Bi's during my workout and got a GREAT pump also, though i noticed it decreased rather quickly compared to some other products I've tried. Energy was really good, but I've had other products that have def given me more (tho my caffeine resistance is through the roof). Overall I'm really happy with the product (especially since i got it 50% off at a local store!) =)

Overall my rating of Pre-workout supps (as far as energy, NO effect is a slightly different story) would be...

NO Shotgun - 9/10
NO Explode - 7.5/10
Fast Twitch - 8.5/10
Fierce - 8/10
NaNO Vapor - 8.5/10

i been switching between NO-XPLODE and Super Pump 250....seems like i get more focus and pump with SP250!

i tried super pump 250 for the first time yesterday and got muscle ripping reps. i hit a point in my work out where my mind was still able to work out, but my body gave up. the first time is always the best though. im going to do it again today and see if i get the same results.

btw does anyone think i should mix the orange flavor in milk????

Ratings are considering energy and pump foremost.

Shotgun is by far the best and the bonus of protein and creatine is nice to have. With the BOGO it is a great deal....and when that goes away whiteflood and shock therapy are great for its effectiveness and price. NO Explode and NaNo Vapor both in my opinion were the last ones you should buy.

NaNo Vapor is definitely the best product out. i haven't tried very many but i don't really want to. i'm so focused when i use it. 2 thumbs up.

I just got a 15 pack box of trac and ive been taking it this past week most workouts, i prefer an energized pre-workout drink most of the time (ive actually been adding a mini scoop of fast twitch in with the trac) but the TRAC has given me some of the best pumps and crazy vascularity like ive never had with another product. Def lovin it, if they had caffeinated trac id be all over that..

I tried NO Xplode and at first I loved it but when I was about half way done with the tub the effects started to wear off and it would actually make me tired in the gym. As a result I had to up my serving to 2.5 scoops which sucked cuz then I ran through the tub really fast. Now I just purchased the 2 for 1 No Shotgun and I love it! It's way better than No Xplode and I dont think I will ever go back go No Xplode. Im looking forward to trying white flood, superpump 250, and black powder. Those products seem to be really good also.

N.O xplode is decent as far as energy goes but you get use to it pretty quick like at the 1/4 or 1/2 of the tub point. MRI Black Powder is pretty good for endurance and recovery but doesn't give the same energy. I would go with both if I could switch them off and on.

Nano Vapor is not that expensive. For 48.99 here at BB.com, you get 54 servings. That'll last you for a while. You get 60 servings of NoExplode for 49.99. Years ago, before NoExplode changed their formula, I had to use 2 servings to feel it. You definitely don't have to use 2 servings of Nano Vapor.

If your going for just a boost of energy before a workout I have just taken a prolab caffeine pill (200mg) I have taken NO-Xplode before a workout it seemed the only energy enhancement it had in it was the caffeine, so why not just save money and take a caffeine pill 100pills for $5.00.

white flood and green mag are a great combo, but many use all three. white flood mixed with green magnitude preworkout and purple wraath during the workout

I've stacked almost every CL product now, and I've also used SP250 & another pre-workout called "Armageddon" The latter was crap, in fact I used it twice then gave the tub to my brother-in-law.

My most effective stack was probably the WF, GM, PW along w/ GlycerGrow. I had awesome workouts w/ plenty of enery & focus. Not to mention some pretty noticeable results.

I just ordered purple wrath, green mag and white flood can't wait I should have it by the end of the week. Might look into getting blueup and glycergrow too depending on how things go for a couple weeks or so.

yes, REDuction did replace RED acid. at 20 years old blue up probably wouldnt be the best use of your money. :)

It really just depends on the person. I did a 8 week cycle of Blue Up last year (21 years old) and ended up really liking it. I may have low test levels though :(

yeah, its person dependent, but generically speaking a 20 year old has better options than a test booster unless they have low free test.
