His value couldn’t possibly get any higher than right now. They better call SF back.
#3 for Rodgers. Who says no?
Packers litearlly just did lol
Shanahan has to be in touch with rodgers
Apparently they already offered it last night and more, and GB said no
Haven't seen actual details but rumor was #3 pick, Jimmy G, and other players/picks
Although I think this was before rodgers saying he's not coming back so who knows what'll happen, gonna be a fun ride today
Apparently they already offered it last night and more, and GB said no
That was reported to be fake by a more legitimate reporter last I saw.
Edit:
Tom Pelissero says 9ers called about Rodgers but didn’t make an offer

Terrible timing
Why didn't he come out with this in March
His value couldn’t possibly get any higher than right now. They better call SF back.
It’s actually not improbable he’s traded before the draft. If Rodgers is committed to not playing for Packers than the Packers know they aren’t going to get a better deal than the #3 pick in this draft + whatever else.

Sounds like there’s been a lot of communication by him and the Packers. Reports that Packers were trying to trade him and then backed off. Maybe he got word that the 9ers tried to trade for him yesterday and is trying to pressure GB to get the deal done. With the #3 pick up for grabs for only a few hours, makes sense he puts the pressure on ASAP.

If you don't think the Packers knew about this awhile ago.... it's why they've been going to meet with him numerous times. It's why he stated what he did after the NFC Championship game.
Also it makes sense to basically drop a bombshell on the Packers nearly forcing them to give him some actual help (WR in the 1st is my guess), kinda like they did with him last year trading up and wasting a 1st and 4th
If GB was smart, trade Erin to SF and use that 3rd on another QB. Double your odds you have another franchise QB for 15 years. Good thing they are not too smart up there eh

Doubt he cares about them drafting a WR at this point.
Doubt he cares about them drafting a WR at this point.
No I don't think he necessarily cares about WR in 1st, but it def is optics to fans and it's my guess on what they are probably gonna do. They don't have ANY WR's signed on after this upcoming year if I remember correctly.
Maybe he can play a backup role to Patrick Mahomes
This is interesting: https://mobile.twitter.com/wingoz/status/1387863211861446656
According to Trey Wingo the Packers told Rodgers they were trading him but got cold feet. Rodgers is saying he isn’t coming back to GB regardless of a trade.
This is going to make the draft a lot more interesting.
That move up to draft Jordan Love is more funnier now than ever.
Man for once the packers are the drama filled team love to see it
LOL at how offseason NFL is more entertaining than actual seasons of other sports. Hope Rodgers goes to Chicago or Denver
LMFAO at Rogers watching Brady win another one.
I'd want out too, his career's just wasting away.
Maybe Brady leaving NE's gonna make QB's less reluctant to jump ship on their teams.
Either that or make teams more committed to winning, something's gonna give.
Also per sources: as of last night Rodgers was convinced he was headed to San Francisco. Draft day is the best...
wait people are still pulling the “GB puts nothing around Rodgers card”???
lmao I guess the best LT, a top overall OL, best WR, Aaron Jones is not enough

I agree, it's one of the worst common NFL takes that Rodgers doesn't have any help.
Good he should leave. The Packers refuse to go all in and try to win a Super Bowl. They ignore free agency and draft for 3 years from now. This is great for winning regular season games and making the playoffs but no one gives a chit about that (except the Packers FO). The only thing that matters is Super Bowls. Last year certified that the new FO was the same as the old FO. They're content with making the playoffs just to lose in the first or second round. After making the NFCG in 2019, how do you come to the conclusion that you should trade up in the first round to draft a QB who threw like 30 INT his last year in college? And then in the 2nd round decide to draft a 3rd string RB and only plays one game? And then instead of letting Jones walk and spending that money on a 2nd WR, OL depth, or defense you re-sign Jones instead of moving on to your 2nd round pick? And then in the 3rd round draft a fuking Half Back, a position that doesn't even exist anymore? This was the deepest WR class in recent memory and your biggest need on offense was a second WR. But they think Devin Funchess, a guy who opted out btw, was the answer? Funchess is better than Higgins or Aiyuk? The Green Bay front office is full of fuking morons who keep getting bailed out by Rodgers. Let him leave and play Love so the whole world can see how fuking retarded you guys are. The Green Bay front office is the easiest job in the world. You can fuk up as many times as you want because Favre and Rodgers will bail you out.
This is like Kevin Ollie at UCONN. Everyone thought he was an amazing coach because he won an NCAA Championship his second year. All he did was ride the coattails of Calhoun's recruits to the ship. When it was time to run with Ollie's recruits, all of a sudden UCONN started to become irrelevant. Same thing will happen when Rodgers leaves and the Packers are forced to start Love.
Didn't GB's defense suck last year?
Didn't GB's defense suck last year?
Packers: re-sign Kevin King
Rodgers: Aight. I’m out.
The former Broncos players in the local media are saying a deal is close: https://mobile.twitter.com/TommySledge/status/1387917241992294401
You’d assume they’d have some sources.
Maybe 3 First rounders for him.

Lol at Teddy
Rodgers to SF, because that division needs to be even more stacked than it already is.
But srsly, he should want out of GB. Trading up tp draft a project QB when there were tons of amazing WRs in the draft class. Plus its gotta suck living thee anyways
Broncos chances to win the SB have gone from 60-1 odds to 14-1 odds in the last 30 mins lol
Packers: re-sign Kevin King

Lmao.. if we're being honest he was the reason they lost that game against TB. First TD.... he jumped too early and could have been a pick.... Obviously the halftime TD was on him.... then the holding on 3rd down which ended the game
Kevin King has been terrible since he was drafted tho
Hope they trade him to the Jets and they go 1-16
Lmao what a bitch
Well, they called his bluff. Let’s see what happens.
