Back looks horrible
Hello I’ve been working out for about a year and a half now. I went from 155 pounds to 198. I’m 6 feet tall. I feel like I look decent except for my back. My back looks terrible but I hit my back the hardest out of all my muscles. I also feel like I may have some muscle imbalances that are causing constant pain in my right rotator cuff. Can you guys tell me what I need to work on? I apologize if you can’t really see my back muscles in the pics. It’s a combination of being fat and bad lighting. Thanks a lot I appreciate it!

Yeah; it's hard to see the back when the pics are of the front.
Srs though, not being mean but it's just high bodyfat. You will have to get far, far leaner to see definition in the back. And men tend to carry most of their fat in the back so that's the last place for it to leave.

Good results for 1,5 years. Time to cut 5-6 kg in order to look better but there's nothing terrible about your back.
